The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) is leading the way in reducing carbon emissions by accepting applications from customers in the eight counties that make up the District.
Applications are currently being accepted to replace on-road diesel trucks with alternative fuels technology. The Truck Replacement projects are intended to accelerate the emissions reductions in low income and disadvantaged communities that are experiencing greater air quality impacts, and as a result, may receive priority through the project review selection process.
The Truck Replacement Program is not a rebate or a Point of Sale (POS) deduction. Therefore, any new truck purchased prior to contract execution is ineligible.
